We offer last minute tickets from the door to nearly all of the performances. Even if the pre-registration capacity would be full, tickets can be enquired from the door, 15 minutes before the performance. Only a few works require a pre-booking for all attendants. For some works (for example the installations) no reservations are needed.
For pre-booked tickets: Please arrive on time and present your ticket to the event staff. Tickets that have not been shown to the staff will be released 15 minutes before the start of the performance to those arriving at the door. In case of cancellation, please follow the link on your registration confirmation e-mail and you will be able to cancel your participation and allow others to claim a space to see the work.

Background
New Performance Turku Biennale is an unique event showcasing the current streams and phenomena in performance art. The program accommodates both residencies and process-based collaborations amongst practitioners with local venues and agencies. New Performance Turku Biennale aspires to develop the goals of social, economic, and environmental sustainability in the long term even further, inviting high-profile artists to Turku as well as building genuine interaction between the artists, local and international communities, and diverse audiences.
Our goal is to develop production practices in performance art, enable dialogue between performance artists, collaborators and curators as well as build sustainable, long-term relationships with our artists and collaborators.
Our activities are funded and supported by Arts Promotion Centre Finland, the city of Turku, Turku2029 Foundation, Pro Manilla Foundation, Creative Europe programme of the European Union, and various Finnish and international foundations. Our core collaborators also include Tehdas Theatre, Regional Dance Centre of Western Finland, University of Turku, Turku Arts Academy and Uniarts Helsinki.
